How does Chillsafe work?

ChillSafe produces an always active atmosphere of protection with Ultra Low Dose–Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (ULD-HPV). This upgrades the performance of cool rooms to be more productive, energy efficient and safe. The ULD-HPV reduces microbial cross contamination which leads to biofouling. With biofouling eliminated, the entire cool room space performs better, and the asset itself lasts longer.

There are three key factors needed for ChillSafe to work: - Moisture in the air typical of a cool room (this activates the ULD-HPV - Enclosed space - Time for the ULD-HPV to treat the air, surfaces and get into every nook and cranny

How do you install Chillsafe?

To install, you ideally want to place ChillSafe directly under the FDC, so that it draws up the Ultra Low Dose–Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (ULD-HPV). It is possible to install away from the FDC, but not optimal

This achieves three things. 

1. As the ULD-HPV is drawn in, it sanitises in all the spaces a person can’t reach. 

2. The microbes inside the FDC are rendered harmless and blown out. New microbes can’t gain a foothold. 

3. As the ULD-HPV is blown out, it creates the alway active atmosphere of protection sooner

Whats to expect after 4 weeks of using Chillsafe?

After 4 weeks the client will typically express the following: 

- It feels fresher. Odours are a lot less. 

- The black mould changed colour. It went white. (because it’s dead) 

- Fresh produce is lasting longer 

- Please keep this going!
